Prepaid maintenance gives you access to our technicians for any IT issues that you may have. Any type of issue can be covered with prepaid maintenance including installations, upgrades, software configuration, support and training. You can decide what IT issues you want to handle yourselves and what issues to raise with us. For example most desktop issues could be handled in-house and only if you have a server issue would you call us, it’s your choice.

A service level agreement determines the response level you receive with 8 and 16 hour responses depending on the nature of the problem
