A simple maintenance agreement whereby we provide technical services to you on an hour by hour basis. Pay as you go can be used for support issues, installations, training or any other IT related issue.
How does it work?
Service can be delivered through remote access or onsite visits
What are the response times?
Response times are on a best efforts basis but usually within 1-3 days.
How much will it cost?
The hourly rate for remote and or onsite work is £85 per hour with a minimum of 30 minutes per remote incident and 1 hour for an onsite incident. Thereafter time is charged in 30 minute increments.
There is a call out charge of £65 for on site visits.
