A network maintenance contract gives you complete cover for system malfunction or breakdown. For a fixed monthly fee you receive unlimited remote and on site support with no call out charges. Also included is advanced server monitoring to alert our help desk to problems with your server before they can develop and cause downtime. A typical example of this would be low disk space.

The service is delivered through secure remote access and on site visits by our engineers.
 

We work to a service level agreement that guarantees a response time of 4 to 8 hours depending on the options you choose with your contract
